We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and chilled liners to ensure your farm-fresh items, including meat and dairy, arrive in peak condition.

Where does your meat and produce come from?

The majority of our produce is grown right here on our farm in Devon or sourced from trusted local artisan producers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.

What are your delivery days and cut-off times?

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12pm are eligible for next-day delivery, though you can also select a specific future date at checkout.

Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements?

Yes, we stock a wide range of gluten-free, vegan, and organic products. You can use our website filters to browse our specialist dietary collections.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any item is damaged or missing, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Can I include a gift message with my hamper or order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a personalized gift message which we will print and include in your parcel free of charge.
