Contact Our Team
If there is an issue, please email our farm shop team within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of any damaged items.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and, where applicable, provide a return authorization or confirm if a refund can be processed without returning the physical goods.
Receive Refund or Replacement
